Your health is our priority, and we want to make sure you receive the best care possible. For this reason, before scheduling a service or starting a membership, a short intake form with a brief free consultation will help determine if our services and Telehealth are the best fit for your care.

Membership
This option provides by far the best value and comprehensive benefits while giving you peace of mind that many of your health needs will be covered under a simple monthly fee. This is particularly beneficial to patients with chronic conditions or who suffer from persistent symptoms and need management.
Initial Consultation for New Patients
Includes a 60 minutes visit with the provider to review and discuss your medical history, goals, concerns, current conditions, and illnesses that need treatment. This consultation will be considered your annual examination and will include lab review follow-up visit if labs are ordered*.

Membership Monthly Fee
One sole monthly payment gives you access to a variety number and type of visits per month, whether for sickness, management of chronic conditions, prescriptions and refills of your medications, lab results review*, etc. And don’t forget, you get direct access to provider.

This is an economical and convenient option for patients that are generally healthy and only need an annual evaluation or routine follow-up visits.

Comprehensive Lab Work
More robust than the usual basic annual labs normally ordered by most providers. Priced for a fraction of what most clinics and labs charge. Up to $3000 in savings. It’s aimed to get a broad picture of your current health, pick up subtleties that might indicate a possible problem in the future, and to direct treatment for most common conditions. It includes hormones, vitamin levels, inflammation and cardiovascular markers, thyroid, lipid, anemia, and diabetes.

Primary Care Visits
These “pay-per-visit” are perfect for minor illnesses, follow-up of lab results, management of chronic conditions, etc.

Frequently Asked Questions
No, we do not accept any kind of health insurance, and unfortunately, we can’t accept patients that have Medicare. By not accepting insurance we can provide comprehensive and personalized quality care to our patients.
We can provide you an invoice to submit for out of network reimbursement to your insurance, but that will be your responsibility. We will not contact them in any way.

You can cancel the membership at any time but we need a 30 day notice in writing. You can continue to use the services of your membership after submitting the request to cancel until the last day of you paid subscription.
