To make our Weight Loss and Maintenance memberships and services affordable, we utilize only compounded versions of Semaglutide (Wegovy) and Tirzepatide (Mounjaro) from trusted compounding pharmacies in the US. Only the brand name medications, Wegovy and Mounjaro, are FDA approved and are only covered by some medical insurance with a proper diagnosis of diabetes and obesity, but not for solely for weight loss. The prices for these medications are beyond what most patients can pay ($1400 – $1600 month supply). Our memberships are not only reasonably priced but also add value to the services we provide by including cost of shipping, supplies, routine lab work and are supervised by a provider to ensure not only safety but also satisfaction.
- Semaglutide and Tirzepatide (brand or compounded) are contraindicated for patients with history of thyroid cancer and-or family with thyroid cancer, and multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome.
- Semaglutide and Tirzepatide (brand or compounded) may cause serious side effects such as, pancreatitis, low blood sugar, kidney failure, gallbladder problems, vision changes.
- Some possible side effects of Semaglutide and Tirzepatide (brand or compounded) include abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, constipation, indigestion, diarrhea, decreased appetite.
- The compounded forms of Semaglutide and Tirzepatide we use, have synthetic forms of either Vitamin B12 or Vitamin B6, L-Carnitine, NAD+, which are known to helping increase energy levels by speeding metabolism, resolving anemias, brain fog and memory by improving the quality of oxygen carried by red blood cells.
- The compounded forms of Semaglutide we use, are not made of salts. The FDA made a public announcement warning against the use of salt based (sodium and acetate) compounded medications, which are being advertised and sold without prescription, or management and supervision from a healthcare provider. We exhort patients and the public in general to always seek professional advised from a healthcare provider before starting any kind of treatment and to only use trusted pharmacies.
- For the success of any Weight Loss and Maintenance Services, membership payments are due monthly and maintenance services are due 2 weeks prior next refill, to avoid interruptions in the treatment caused by delays in the processing and shipping of medications and supplies.
- Not included in the memberships: equipment such scales or activity trackers, apps of any kind, over-the-counter-medications, supplements, or vitamins not part of a promotion or plan.
- Supplies and blood work only related to weight loss and maintenance.
- Some of these services are not available in every state we are licensed.
